Today, I ran without my running buddy, so I went off-script and tried to try to run a mile under 10 minutes today on the track. Only the first half was sub-10… the second half was slower. Overall, it was still my fastest mile yet. I finished by walking another 1/2 mile.
After the run, I took it easy today. Today was a rest day in the 30-day squat challenge, so no squats/sit ups/pushups today.
I also found a neat site today, www.athlinks.com, where I found the results of all of my races, even the ones from 7 years ago! It allows you to sign up and claim your results. Pretty cool way to keep track.
