Tough run today

I only had 20 minutes, so I decided to run inside on the treadmill. I ran the 1/2 mile, but as soon as I started walking, I felt sharp pain and tightness in my “good” ankle. Instead of pushing it, I decided to stop after the additional 1/10th of a mile, and immediately iced and stretched.

I won’t be discouraged though! There’s always tomorrow.
